CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

I'm a graduate of Le Cordon Blue, College of Culinary Arts. I take my training and knowledge of French-style cooking techniques and apply them to Mexican and Latin American cuisine. During my classes, I'll not only show you how to make amazing dishes that you'll love, I'll also teach you techniques and explain why things are done the way they are. My classes are 2.5 to 3 hours long.
