"Eating is about sharing and tasting."
Cooking has always been a passion of mine. After I completed my service in the Navy Reserves I decided to use my GI Bill to go to culinary school for formal training. My ultimate goal is to open a Bed & Breakfast in Oregon's Wine Country.
A question that I often get is, "Why Mexican and Latin American cuisine?". During my travels working in the tech industry, I took a couple of trips to Mexico City. The restaurants that my colleagues and customers took me to blew my mind. There was so much more to Mexican cuisine than I had experienced in the US. Fine dining in many cities throughout Mexico and Latin America is unbelievable. The more I learned and the more I tasted, the more I loved!
